Online Payment & Refund Policy

FitBodyFitMind24 (“Company”, “We”, “Us”) operates wellness-related online/offline services and products.

This policy explains how payments are securely processed and how customer data is protected in alignment with the Reserve Bank of India (RBI) guidelines and applicable Indian laws.

FitBodyFitMind24 does not store card details, CVV, passwords, UPI PINs, or OTPs.

All payments are encrypted using industry-grade security as required by RBI and international standards.

4. RBI Card Tokenisation Compliance

As per RBI’s card-on-file tokenisation guidelines:

We do not store full card numbers.

Saved cards are converted into secure tokens by the payment gateway.

Customers can delete or manage tokens anytime through the gateway interface.

5. Multi-Factor Authentication (RBI 2FA Rule)

All card and UPI transactions require compulsory two-step verification:

UPI PIN authorisation

This ensures each transaction is authorised directly by the customer

6. Payment Confirmation

After a successful transaction, an instant email/SMS receipt is sent.

If a payment is deducted but not updated in our system, reach out to us and we will coordinate with the payment gateway.

7. Failed or Pending Transactions

In case your account is debited but the transaction fails:

The amount is usually refunded automatically by your bank within 5–7 working days.

Processing timelines depend entirely on your bank and payment provider.

8. Refund Policy

Refunds, where applicable as per our business policy, follow this process:

Once approved by FitBodyFitMind24, refunds are initiated within 3–7 working days.

The credited amount may take 7–10 business days to reflect in your bank account.
